Technician Bookings
Need Assistance?
Service bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to two hours before the scheduled technician visit. This allows us to reroute our independent technicians efficiently across Gurugram.
If you need to reschedule a technician or cancel a booking, contact our local team immediately.
On-Site Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the technician has arrived on-site and performed the inspection. This fee covers the technician's travel time and professional water TDS analysis.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
AMC refunds are calculated pro-rata based on unused service visits and uninstalled filter kits. We deduct the standard retail cost of completed visits and parts before issuing refunds.
